Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Offshore Innovations website or placing an order for the Magic Bait Ball. By accessing or using our site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Overview

Offshore Innovations ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Magic Bait Ball and related products and services. These Terms govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • •The Magic Bait Ball is in stock and ships within 3–5 business days of your order.
  • •Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
  • •We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • •Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by production or carrier delays.

4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love the Magic Bait Ball.

If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll provide a full refund or free replacement (including shipping).

Because the Magic Bait Ball ships fully assembled and is intended to be used in water, we cannot accept returns on used or deployed products. Once the Magic Bait Ball has been placed in the water, it is non-returnable.

If you're unhappy with its performance after trying it, please reach out. We will work with you directly — whether that means replacement arms, blades, setup advice, or other solutions to help you succeed on the water.

5. Limitation of Liability

While the Magic Bait Ball and all components are built to the highest standards using premium materials, Offshore Innovations is not responsible for the loss of any cannonballs, downrigger weights, fishing line, lures, or other tackle due to breakage, equipment failure, improper installation, or any other reason.

Always inspect your entire downrigger setup before each use. Use at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Magic Bait Ball design is Patent Pending. All content on this website (text, images, logos, and product designs) is the property of Offshore Innovations and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Product Modifications and Versions

We are actively developing additional versions of the Magic Bait Ball (Deep Water, Glow, Slow-Troll, etc.). Early customers will be given priority access to future versions and upgrades.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
